I'd been trying to chek the status of my reward of $250 but after so many attempts in emailing and calling they never bother to update me. I do not see a contact that I sent to American Laser center in latham ny.I was told by the former manager Lisa that she was deffinitley registered under me .Her name is Laurie Crandall Spear, she joined with a 1700.00 dollar package in oct or nov and i have not seen my referal check at all .This is my 3rd refferal and I very dissappointed in the way things seem to be getting managed .Please contact me back to let me know when my referral check should be arriving - February 01, 2010

I have had great success with the laser treatments and with the people I deal with at the clinic...but the referral reward program and the corporation has been a horrible situation. I followed all the steps to refer a friend, and never received my check. I emailed about my problem, it took them a month to respond to me after I sent them 2 emails. I followed the NEW steps that they told me I needed to do in order to "refer" someone, and still did not receive a check. I emailed them again, and 2 weeks lat - May 11, 2009
