uRefer allows you to generate tangible value from your existing relationships by letting Marketers channel their advertising funds directly to you and your contacts capable of making relevant introductions.

Some marketers allocate a portion of their "advertising dollars" in the form of special discounts or rebates to you. Once you complete the transaction with these marketers, uRefer will collect the funds and mail you a check at the end of the month.

• Marketers promote their referral opportunities to their existing contacts (Connectors)
• Connectors with a potential match make an introductions through the uRefer site
• uRefer sends out an Introduction email to you, with the details of the opportunity
  • You have absolutely no obligations to accept the offer or make a purchase. You simply review the offer and decide whether it fits your needs.
• You Accept or Decline the introduction based on your interest
  • If you ACCEPTED the introduction, you and your contact become eligible for any incentives or rewards. You can continue your discussion with the uRefer Marketer to see if it's a good fit.
  • If you DECLINED the introduction, your contact information will NEVER be disclosed to the Marketer.
• If you completed the transaction with the Marketer, the appropriate rewards/incentives are distributed to you, the Connector and/or charity (as applicable).
