Successful Transaction Reward

• Success-based (you pay only when a successful transaction is completed)
• You can define whether the reward
  • Is a flat $ amount or a % of the sale
  • Is one off or time period based
  • Can be shared with the prospect

Completed Meeting Reward

• Success-based (you pay only when a completed meeting occurs)
• Valuable way of providing a reward for quality leads, even if deal does nto closes. Great when combined with a successful transaction reward.

Accepted Introduction Reward

• Connectors are paid a nominal fee for each Prospect that accepts an introduction
• Help encourage Connectors to invite a higher volume of Prospects

Reward Sharing

• uRefer gives connectors the option of sharing Successful Transaction Rewards with Prospects or their favorite charity. See uRefer Give Back Program
• Marketers can choose whether or not the reward can be shared between the Connectors & Prospects.

How Rewards are settled

• uRefer Reward Management Center collects the reward payment from the Marketer and distributes the fund to the Connectors, Prospects and Charity. (if applicable)
• uRefer Basic members pay when each transaction closes. Pro & Enterprise members settle rewards payment once a month.
• Payment options: Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) or PayPal. Coming soon: eCheck and Google Wallet.

How uRefer charges

• uRefer charges a transaction fee for managing the process. The exact amount is based on the membership level and amount of the reward.

• Basic user pays a $100 Successful Transaction Reward > uRefer Transaction fee $25 (25% of $100 = $25)
• Pro user pays a $20 Accepted Introduction Reward > uRefer Transaction fee $3 (15% of $20 = $3)
