Quality introductions are very valuable and as a Connector this can result in significant payments for your targeted referrals.  Marketers can choose to pay rewards for successfully closed transactions, accepted connections or a combination of both.

Successful Transaction Rewards

• You are paid when your referrals result in successful transactions.
• It can be a flat commission or % of sale for the successful transaction.
• Rewards can reach several hundred dollars or more.

Completed Meeting Reward

• You are paid a flat fee for each introduction you provide that turns into a completed meeting.
• Typically, rewards range from a few $'s to several hundred.

Accepted Introduction Rewards

• You are paid a flat fee for each Prospect who accepts the introduction.
• Typically, rewards range from $1 to $20 according to the value of the introduction.

Allocate your rewards according to each opportunity. 

• Designate the reward for yourself
• Share it with your Prospects
• Donate your reward to a Charity that matches your personal values.

• Once a month, uRefer mails reward, rebate and donation checks to all accounts with a balance above $15.
• For example, a Marketer hires someone you recommended.  The Closed Transaction Reward is $1,000, which you decide to split 50/50 with your Prospect.  You and your Prospect receive $500 each.
